Elsa Tastsidou
completed her studies in Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and was awarded a postgraduate degree on Public Law from the Democritus University of Thrace. In 1996, she became a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association. In 2002, she became qualified to practice before the Greek Courts of Appeal.

Elsa handles a wide range of legal cases with particular expertise in Tax Law and Commercial Law. She specializes in income and inheritance taxation, real estate and M&A taxation. She has extensive experience of tax litigation in a variety of cases before Greek Administrative (Tax) Courts and tax authorities. Elsa has also over 15 years experience as a lawyer working on all aspects of business Law. She provides specialist advice on a diverse range of business and commercial law issues. She is currently working with banks, public corporations and companies of all sizes.

Other areas of expertise: Public Contracts, Public Procurement, Public and Private Partnerships, Aliens and Migration Law.

Elsa is industrious and target orientated with strong communication skills.
She speaks Greek (native) English (fluent) and German (spoken).



Emily Brouzou

She was born in Athens and studied at the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is a lawyer competent to represent clients before the Supreme Court and a member of the Bar Association of Thessaloniki.

She holds a postgraduate degree in Law & Informatics.

Furthermore, she is expert in Data Protection, qualified DPO and offers services to companies in the field of Compliance with GDPR. She attended a Program at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens regarding Compliance and qualified as a "Compliance Officer".

Emilia is an accredited Mediator in civil and commercial law cases at the Ministry of Justice Transparency and Human Rights, trained by the organization (A.D.R g U.K).
She is an active lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, dealing with extrajudicial and judicial cases. She is experienced in litigation and consults individuals and companies as well.

Besides Greek, which is her mother tongue, she speaks fluently English and German. 



Achilleas Karapatakis

He was born in Patras and is a graduate of the Law School of "Brunel University” of London.

He completed his postgraduate course in International Commercial Law at the same University and wrote his dissertation on "Consumers and traders still face barriers to finding out-of-court solutions in particular to their disputes arising from cross-border online transactions. Thus, such disputes are currently often left unresolved. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) offers a simple, efficient, fast and low-cost out-of-court solution to disputes arising from online transactions.

He is a lawyer and a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association and an accredited mediator for various civil,commercial and family matters at the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights. He was trained by ADR - ODR International Limited.

He remains constantly updated on the front lines of legal developments, attending legal training seminars, participating in working groups on current legal issues and publishing in Greek and International legal journals.

Achilleas is also distinguished for his deep knowledge of legislature, his hard work and his team spirit. He does all of the above whilst developing excellent collaborations with acclaimed associates in Greece and the United Kingdom.

He also specializes in translating legal documents from English to Greek and vice versa, as he speaks English as his mother tongue. He also has Greek as his mother tongue and speaks the Spanish language well.
